Turmoil kneepads are interesting. On the one hand, they nerf your single target damage. On the other hand, when nearby enemies take damage, it messes with their AI. This gives you a 1-2 crucial seconds for you to wreak havoc.

My favorite weapon is the named LMG Sleipnir, but since Momentum eventually gives you an invincible shield (seen in the video), it's better to equip two weapons that can be used with a shield.
