Subjects Discussed:
1 - You increase or decrease a thoughts power. The more time, focus and energy you give to it the more it grows.
2 - Only you can have personal responsibility for the thoughts you think.
3 - Stop supporting thoughts that do not bring peace to your mind and joy to your heart.
4 - Start supporting thoughts that support you. That bring peace to your mind and joy to heart.
5 - You, through your thoughts, created heaven or hell on Earth for you by the thoughts you choose to focus on.
6 - Hell or heaven begins as a thought within your mind. Heaven or hell is a decision you make in every moment and interaction.
7 - Hell on Earth is created when you support hellish thoughts.
8 - Heaven on Earth is created bt you when you support loving thoughts.
9 - There is no gray, only black or white, darkness or the light, fear or love.
10 - Your primary job on Earth is to be a light in every moment and interaction.
11 - You co-designed your journey with God, and being all One, so too has everyone else - therefore do not judge.
12 - Take personal responsibility for your interpretation. Are you moving yourself towards heaven or hell?
13 - You can always undo what you have done.
14 - Their response reflects your internal condition and conditioning, thank them for that, for showing you what thoughts do not serve you.
15 - Practice catching yourself when you are entertaining thoughts that don't support you, stop fueling them, forgive them and yourself, and align with loving thoughts.
16 - Stories get projected in to the physical form so that they can be healed your misperception. Thank those who trigger you.
17 - Give everything that you can not forgive to the Holy Spirit. Ask the Holy Spirit: "Please help me see this differently."
18 - Note "generational curses" that is your past programming. You are here to heal this.
19 - You see and repeat what you have learned. Today unlearn/forgive what you have learned/been programmed with.
20 - Everyone is always doing the best they can with the emotional and spiritual tools they have available to them in those moments.
21 - When you heal generational curses, God will send you those you are now able to heal thanks to your life experience.
22 - In your victories others will find hope. When you help heal others you will have a sense of fulfillment because you will become the light of the world that God created you to be.
23 - When in doubt always do the opposite of what the ego demands.
24 - Learn to Slow down time. Know the ego always answer first and loudest. The ego is reactive. Learn to stop the ego's response, and do the opposite of what the ego demands.
25 - Learn to give yourself time before you respond.
26 - The ego being in opposition to Love/God/All is nothing - thus none of the ego's stories are real or true.
27 - When you buy into an ego story, don't punish self or others, simply learn to recognize that the ego's stories are not what the truth in you wants.
28 - Do not despair, God will never offer you more than you can handle and overcome.
29 - Those brothers and sisters that trigger you are here to help let you let go of/forgive stories that live within you that are not delivering the life you want.
30 - Learn to place all future expectations in God's hands. Trust God and you will have peace.
31 - When you learn to place the future in God's hands it teaches you that you can go to go in any situation/that you are worthy of His companionship and guidance.
32 - It is in the Holy Instant where you belong, where the peace and joy of God forever reside.
33 - Divine timing vs the ego's timing, trust in the first will bring you peace, trust in the second will bring you pain.
34 - Your process is prefect, no matter what the ego says. Being all One so too is everyone's process.
35 - "Some things are true wether you believe in them or not." (City of angels)
36 - The world mirrors who we are and the beliefs we hold within.
37 - There is God's plan for the universe and the ego's plan for the universe. One brings you peace and thee other one does not.
