MSHDA eyes record months

The Michigan State-Housing Development Authority says they are seeing back-to-
back record-breaking months for its single-family mortgage and down payment
assistance programs. In April MSHDA homeownership programs totaled more
than $107.3 million in mortgages and down payment assistance, in May that
number exceeded $174.6 million, making it the highest-volume homeownership
