McKinney Real Estate Update with Miguel Perez Realtor® 6.9.25

This week inventory dropped a sliver down to 5.7 months of homes on the market. New listings came in at 159, and 82 homes went under contract, while 103 closed over the last 7 days. The median days on market before a home goes under contract remains at 19 days and the amount of price reductions is staying consistent at 238 over this past week.

Overall the McKinney market is consistent and moving along. Though we're at the steps of officially being in a buyer's market, there are still plenty of opportunities for both buyers and sellers in the current market.
