Disturbing Stalking and Child Exploitation Incident in Trailer Park

We discuss a disturbing incident where my sister-in-law, who was around 11 or 12 years old, was being stalked and photographed by a man living in the trailer park near her bus stop. Despite her and her mother reporting this to the police, they initially did nothing. It wasn't until the police were called a second time that they finally investigated and found the man had a wall covered in photos of my sister-in-law and other neighborhood girls, as well as child pornography. This was a traumatic experience for my sister-in-law and the other families involved.
