Dr. Craig Burns, Chief of Mental Health/Chief of Psychiatric Services for the Connecticut Department of Corrections working at Garner Correctional Facility, is a "Domestic Terrorist".

Garner Correctional is already known to have several deaths due to alleged medical overdosing.

Dr. Burns is the one of the Top Administrators of Mental Health throughout the Connecticut Correctional System (Gulag).

Dr. Craig gives speeches on Suicide Prevention within the prison systems in which he highlights how important the early days of transition are significant.

Is being stripped naked in a cement cell, alone with just a blanket part of the Suicide Prevention Plan?
