Illegally Parked Freedom Towing Driver Calls me Dummy and Flips me off for calling him out

While enjoying a breakfast biscuit from McDonalds in the car, a Freedom Towing truck pulled up and I watch the driver turn his over head emergency lights on and walk inside the store. There was no car in tow or any work being done by the man, the driver simply went inside to order some food. There was plenty of parking available even closer to the building than the handicap space he doubled parked in.
10 minutes later when I confronted him, he insulted me and flipped me off. I never once insulted him or even raised my voice, I only recorded him as he got into his truck and left,
