Laying the Groundwork for an Accountability Based Program Structure Clip #1:

The only difference from day-to-day classroom management & managing the players in your program is numerical. Teachers take whoever shows up on day one. Basketball coaches can choose who they want in their program. Nonetheless, how the best teachers manage their classrooms is also duplicit to how the best coaches administer their programs.

Over the past few years, the term “Culture,” has become a hot topic. We all have strong opinions on this concept, I certainly do. However, the cornerstones to providing your students and players with effective learning environments, with limited distractions of the learning process, often boil down to accountability, follow through, expectations, & consequences. Oftentimes the words accountability and consequences are construed to be bad. Not true.
