This is my go-to high-protein, low-calorie vegan meal when I'm short on time! Using Say Grace shreds, I create an incredible bodybuilding meal with about 50g protein and under 20 carbs. My lazy microwave method takes minutes - just add garlic powder, umami seasoning, soy sauce, liquid smoke, and frozen green beans with hot water. The macadamia nut oil and sugar-free barbecue sauce make it taste amazing. This is seriously the best bang for your buck vegan protein meal you can get. Perfect for meal prep and busy schedules.
