The Frosted Flakes flavor is not Grrreat! It's simply OK. But it is not bad either.

I don't mind it, not the best ever, but not even close to the worst. So, it's worth a try if you like the flavor of soaking frosted flakes in milk for about an hour and drinking it.

The whey protein is quality, and will have the same results as more expensive brands. It blends well, is very smooth, and can become creamy and thick if you use a blender with ice.
