2019 Mazda CX5 Transmission Gasket? Comes With Kits - Do Not Use It. It Rolled Over But I Caught It.

I did a service on this car a few weeks ago but I just didn't like the feeling I got about the gasket that came with the kit. It is floppy rubber but I was told to go ahead and use it. I decided to check it and it rolled so I pulled the pan again and used the gray sealant.
