Can the NRA Be Redeemed?

The National Rifle Association(NRA) has been in steady decline for some time now. They have squandered the good will of their members and have set the second amendment movement back almost 100 years. They are responsible for the National Firearms Act (1934 NFA), the foundation for all gun control in America. Can they come back? Maybe... with their most recent case Rush v United States they can redeem themselves...partially.
