INGREDIENTS:
2 salmon fillets
60 g (half stick) of butter
2 tbsp honey
2-3 cloves garlic
Juice of half a lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 t sp onion powder
1 tsp seafood seasoning (Old bay seasoning)
Rice Ingredients:
200 g (1 cup) long grain rice
470 ml (2 cups) of warm water or chicken stock
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
3 springs fresh thyme
2 tbsp butter
salt, black pepper to taste
