How to Get the 98 Trust EIN by Filling Out IRS Form SS4

In this video, I walk you through the process for filling out the form SS-4 to get the 98 EIN number from the IRS. This number will be very important when opening the corporate trust checking account with various providers, and will also be important when corresponding back and forth with the IRS through the use of a corporate veil. The number will also be used when creating domestic corporations privately and when opening credit lines in the name of the privately-owned domestic corporations that are attributed to the EIN number of the domestic corporation, not the SSN or other personally-identifiable tax ID numbers. I typically recommend that clients open the private remote domestic mailing address in Wyoming because when creating subsequent corporations through the Wyoming Secretary of State, the name of the corporation's owner will not be disclosed on the application for Articles of Incorporation that gets filed there.
