Courage

To love requires courage.
To remain requires courage.
To be with what is.
To be with who is and how it is.

It sounds simple, but sometimes it’s unbearable.

And yet, somehow—together—we are.

Yes, we are because of You.
Because of You, we are.

And everything is filled with light.
Light is beneath everything.

Everyone can take as much as they want, up to the limits that exist.
It’s here for the taking.

All that is required is
to take it,
to be grateful for it, and
to say Thank You, which we do.

Thank You for being with us.

Thank You for allowing us
to live,
to breathe,
to know,
to be aware,
to experience,
to be alive,
to feel,
to breathe,
to sense.
