Ingredients & Instructions
Blend 2 -3 medium-sized chopped
tomatoes,ginger 1 inch, 4-6 garlic cloves, and 2 green chilies into paste
Preheat oil in a pan and add the paste
Add 1/2 tsp biryani masala
Add boiled potatoes 2-3
Add boiled #corn (1) and carrots(2)
Take 50 ml warm water
in a bowl and add 1 and half tbsp mushroom soup powder
Add green peas 1 cup
Add little water
Add the #mushrooms (button mushroom)
Add salt to taste
Cook for a few minutes on low heat and add 1 tbsp clarified butter or ghee.
Sprinkle black pepper powder
Finally, temper the mushroom
curry with oil, whole dry red chillies,
whole coriander seeds and whole cumin seeds
Mushroom Corn Curry is ready
