my intelligence points to big balls uploading a AI program in IRS systems

I have good reasons to believe well they where in some government computers they uploaded an AI program.
base on what iv been told the program once actived it could hack into government systems. & may try to shutdown the power grid as well.
I have good intelligence that points to big balls is the person who made & upload the program into the IRS systems & other government systems.
sure they may have helped out but i due have good intelligence that says they left an AI program in the IRS systems & other government systems.
If i was you all i'd send in USA #MILITARYINTELLIGENCE to look in side all government systems Big balls took part in.
