📌 Ingredients:
🥢 Main Ingredients:
● Silken tofu (1 block, firm enough to slice)

● 2 century eggs (皮蛋), peeled

● 2 salted egg yolks (cooked and peeled)

🧄 Dipping Sauce:
● 2 tbsp soy sauce

● 1 tbsp black vinegar

● 1 tbsp chili oil

● 1 tsp sugar

● 2 cloves garlic (minced)

● Optional: sesame seeds, chopped scallion

🍽️ Instructions:
1) Prep the tofu:
Carefully cut the tofu block into long rectangular slices (1cm thick). Pat dry with a paper towel.

2) Slice the eggs:

Cut the century eggs into quarters or thin wedges.

Do the same with the salted egg yolks.

3) Assemble:
On each tofu slice, place a piece of century egg and a piece of salted yolk in a decorative pattern. Repeat and line them up on a platter.

4) Make the sauce:
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, sugar, and garlic in a bowl.

5) Serve:
Dip each tofu slice in the sauce or drizzle over before serving. Best served chilled!
