Catch # 21 Daniel Rhodes, age 40 from Kingwood, WV was talking sexually with what he believed was a 13 yr old girl as well as sending sexual photos, videos, multiple videos with himself sexually involved with an unknown woman and planning to meet.

Evidence turned into Kingwood Police. Seems like they taking it seriously .
