US Must Protect & Cherish Freedom, Bay of Pigs Veteran Warns

Americans are blessed with freedom and a wonderful nation but those must be protected or they risk being lost as happened in Cuba when communist tyrants took over, warned Bay of Pigs veteran Jose "Pepe" Tomeu.

Tomeu, who invaded Cuba as a teenager and was captured by the regime, shared his experiences in battle. He also offered a gripping account of life in a Cuban gulag, crammed into a tiny space like sardines.
