If you're not ready to stand as I do, and you are going to a court date, here is some advice.

Is this statute a law with regard to the repugnancy clause of the United States Constitution?

We have a case with a member with the most insanity ever in Cherokee County Georgia.

Check this out.

1. The arresting officer came to their home without a warrant at 11:37 am.

My person didn't know to ask for one, so ok, he voluntarily went with them.

Lesson: When you don't object you acquiesce and consent to the arrest.

Make them earn it!
Get an affidavit of probable cause!

2. He went to jail for 7 hours and was bonded out for $1270.

3. Post release, the papers show that the ARRESTING DEPUTY SHERIFF, signed his name, under penalty of perjury about the event and the misdemeanor charge of simple battery. (total nonsense charge)

The officer cannot BE the affiant!

But here we are because You the People do not know how to exercise your rights and what is voluntary
consent.

The officer is not the witness nor the victim!!!!!!!
The officer cannot sign the affidavit of probable cause.

4. The officer is ALSO ON THE RECORD as being the...PROSECUTOR!!

What the actual freak?????

How many hats can this guy wear?
More than one!

5. The state claims that they can move forward with the case even though there is no victim claiming to be harmed.

So the person involved in a nothing altercation declined medical care and didn't even sign his name to the affidavit because there was no harm.

6. Eight months later, the state moves forward with the case. The officer is also listed....AS A WITNESS!!!

What did he witness????
He wasn't there.

The 9/11 operator is listed as a witness.

There are six witnesses when there was only our person and the person they had a minor beef with in the room.

They make money from your bonds.
That's their motivation.
And every day all over this county there is LEGAL FOCKERY.
