Russian Lt.Gen. Igor Kirillow - Why he had to be eliminated

In an interview for the podcast “Judging Freedom”, former US Army colonel and political scientist Douglas Macgregor commented on the assassination of Russian General Igor Kirillov.
As head of the radiation, chemical and bio-defense troops of the Russian armed forces, Kirillov had made the special military operation even more urgent for the Kremlin with his reference to the biolaboratories in Ukraine.
The expert mentioned that the Ukrainians had tried to develop genetically controlled weapons against the Russians in these biolabs - with the help and support of the USA.
According to Macgregor, the murder of Kirillov would not change Russia's inevitable victory on the battlefield and only represented an act of blind revenge for the Ukrainians because he had caught them out.
