mayor impersonator

here he is lying & making claims to be a mayor. i have investigated & he is not the mayor there will be a longer version later i just got to be able to clean it up for it is ruff & at this point i am not to sure how speach is regulated so i wanted to keep it some what clean till i have full understanding on the language policy
