Governor Katie Hobbs and Arizona Cardinals to Host Send-Off Event for Civics Matters Arizona Students

Phoenix, AZ – Tomorrow, Governor Katie Hobbs will join the Arizona Cardinals for a send-off event honoring 275 high school students from across the state who have been selected for the 2025 Civics Matters Arizona program. The event recognizes the students’ achievements and prepares them for a transformative trip to Washington, D.C., where they will engage in civic learning, meet with elected officials, and explore historical landmarks.
