Need to test the substance in my lower back

I have been talking to several surgeons (literally 6) and getting nowhere, missed calls, unanswered emails, missed consultations (on their end). I need someone trustworthy to take a sample of the material in my lower back and tell me what it is. Then I need a trustworthy surgeon to excise it from my body. I am in so much pain it's like living death. I can't leave my house for long periods of time. I can barely get out of bed. Please watch my previous video where I show you my lower back for context. If I'm crazy then why can't I get a sample taken from my back and tested?
