Dropping Off a Summary Ejectment 🚓 | Why You MUST Follow Up with the Sheriff & Magistrate

Today, I’m back at the Sheriff’s Department to drop off a Summary Ejectment for a tenant who still isn’t paying rent.
But here’s what most people don’t realize:
👉🏽 Once the Sheriff serves the paperwork, you must follow up with the Magistrate to make sure it’s reported properly.
If not?
📆 The judge could dismiss the case or delay it to another date—costing you and the homeowner more time and money.
This is a reminder: Property management isn’t just about showing homes—it's about staying on top of the process, step by step.
Let’s Get To Work.
