how to solve an active wallpaper issue with a flickering glitch on the screen FIX AND EXPLANATION

so I use a combination of visualizations and media players and I use an active background when I don't have music playing. also I like to use a slideshow style wallpaper based on a folder I make. the problem that happens if you try to mix any of those three things you're going to have flickering and a screen cuz your graphics processor is trying to do too many things at once and it's confused. and the least words just shut any actual wallpapers or screensavers or visualizations down. Run only one at a time and you'll be okay. if canceling them out and starting one doesn't work restart your computer. In this video I'm using a Beelink Ser5MAX mini PC running Windows 11 Pro (64 bit) and using Winamp visualizations, lively wallpaper and a slideshow as a desktop background. the other program I use is Windows Media player but that's not in this video
