Garlic Scapes and how to Harvest them

If you grow garlic you should make sure that you take advantage of these tasty parts of the garlic plant. Most people don’t think about these but if you grow garlic it gives you two different harvesting times for garlic, one for the garlic bulb itself and secondly for the scapes. So in this video we will show you what to look for when you notice the scapes starting to grow so you will know the proper time to harvest them.
