1519 Almost back to being on a daily basis again... loitering and drinking in public - right beside the childrens playground. A complete lack of respect. We honestly don't care what people do - if they want to drink themselves into an early grave that's fine but get off our streets and out of our parks and drink at home like everybody else does - we don't need to see it or hear it and neither does anybody else.
