We contacted Kerry Cannon from Legalize Idaho & Latter-day Leaf and she put together a team to join her to speak to us about the ongoing efforts in the State of Idaho.

Megan Ward Viveros is new to the activist game, but recently became the Meridian team lead for legalize Idaho. Over 5 years ago she had a bad spinal cord injury. She loves plants, animals, her husband and the fact that she's still walking.

Serra Frank is the Founding Director of Boise Hempfest, Moms for Marijuana International, and the community director for Legalize Idaho.

Sean Crystal, a Pocatello-born Idaho native, is a cannabis advocate and co-founder of 710 Spectrum in Idaho Falls. Raised with grit, faith, and a strong work ethic, Sean turned personal loss, legal adversity, and firsthand experience with cannabis healing into a mission for reform. He and his partner Chelsie launched 710 Spectrum in 2023, only to face a raid and inventory seizure despite full legal compliance. Instead of backing down, they built Idaho’s Best CBD Store and became community leaders. A former state rep candidate and lifelong Idahoan, Sean stands for medical freedom, local empowerment, and ending cannabis stigma in his home state.
