Rep James Comer says his committee is probing whether Joe Biden actually approved a slew of executive orders while showing clear signs of cognitive decline.

Four senior staffers—and Biden’s personal physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor—are expected to testify voluntarily. If they refuse, subpoenas are on deck.

Comer warns: “If they say something that’s not true, that’s a felony.”

He also confirms the committee is investigating claims that Biden was “getting lost in his own closet,” and that Ron Klain, Hunter, and Jill Biden could be called if they’re linked to the autopenned orders.
