'Law of corporations' are contracted/agreed-to-conform-to/comply-with/feared Uniform Commercial Codes, not lawful "laws" ..mere codes! If you were tricked into signing up for THEM, you have a right to revoke/rescind that contract/signature/application due to fraud according to:

14th Amendment Citizen-ship is a voluntary contract to support & defend the U.S. debt. Since this is voluntary there must be a remedy for NOT volunteering, pledging-allegiance-to Maritime Commerce war flag, signing over one's Power-of-Attorney, or contracting with this foreign entity.
