- Pour-over dripper
- Paper filter
- Freshly ground coffee (medium-fine)
- Gooseneck kettle
- Scale (optional)
- Hot water (195–205°F)
- Mug/carafe
Steps:
1. Boil Water: Heat to 195–205°F (or boil and cool 30 seconds).
2. Rinse Filter: Place filter in dripper, rinse with hot water, discard water.
3. Add Coffee: Use 20g coffee for 300g water (1:15 ratio). Grind fresh, add to filter.
4. Bloom: Pour 40g water in circles, wait 30–45 seconds.
5. Pour: Slowly add remaining water in circular motion. Total brew time: 2.5–3.5 minutes.
6. Serve: Remove dripper, stir coffee, enjoy.
Tips: Adjust grind (finer for stronger, coarser for lighter). Use fresh beans.
