Why your knees cave on squats - Part 1

Knee cave can be from a few things. And not all of them bad. But one of the most common things I see is this:
“Dive bombing” a squat without proper control or just not having strong glutes. Which is also why you rush the squat because LAWD KNOWS you barely made it out of that last one with that prayer you sent. So if you want a big squat or if you want better glutes. It’s all the same. Get bigger and stronger glutes!
