With 30 tons of steel and concrete fortifying his "Killdozer," Heemeyer's slow-motion rampage lasted for over two hours, causing an estimated $7 million in damage and leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. Law enforcement attempts to stop him proved futile, making this one-man rampage a chilling testament to the power of one man's vendetta.

The documentary explores Heemeyer's background, his failed legal battles with the city council, and his meticulous planning and construction of the Killdozer.
