Saturday Night Live (SNL) has a skit featuring Lady Gaga, where a simple restaurant scene turns into a satanic ritual. Satanic rituals being made light of, while society tells us to "lighten up, it's just a joke" and accuse those who take offense as being "Satanic Panic".
Let’s be honest, if this skit mocked a different group or a tragic historical event, would it even make it to air? Probably not.
So why is it that Christianity is constantly disrespected, yet other groups are off-limits? Why are we, as believers, expected to just sit back and accept it? The Bible warns us that God will not be mocked (Galatians 6:7), and I truly believe this is yet another sign of the times. Jesus is coming soon, and it's time for us to wake up and live like time is short!
