This is the mythical castle of Count Dracula. The best thing about it is that Bram Stoker wasn't even there. He invented everything based on legends and tales. In reality, it's a castle that served as a protection for the routes through Transylvania.

It has been restored over the last 20 years. What you see is the result of the work of many people who made sure that the castle is a tourist attraction.

In the foreground, I deliberately didn't put the information that it is "Dracula's Castle". The history of the castle shows what role it served and it differs from Bram Stoker's fantasy.

The current owners of the castle are the Romanian Royal Family and the foundation / museum of the castle.
