Most people talk about mental health like it’s something soft and fragile.

But for men especially, it should be mental fitness.

You don’t get out of dark places by talking in circles over coffee.
You get out by moving.
By pushing your body.
By doing hard things.

When I’m stuck, I train.
I run. I sweat. I move.
And 9 times out of 10, I come back clear.

Try this: next time you’re in your own head, stop talking, start moving.
