🌱Ingredients🌱
• 2 cans Jackfruit
• 1/4-1 cup vital wheat gluten
• 2 tbsp psyllium husk or flaxseed meal
• 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1 tbsp vegan chicken bouillon powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp oil (I used grapeseed)
• 1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
• salt to taste

🌱Sauce🌱
• Plant butter
• lemon juice
• lemon zest
• lemon pepper seasoning
• hot sauce (optional)
• sweetner of your choice (optional)

✨️Instructions✨️
• Rinse Jackfruit & squeeze out liquid. Place in food processor. Then add dry & wet ingredients. Blend until desired consistency. Slowly add in vital wheat gluten until it holds shape.
• Mold mixture into desired shape. Place in freezer for about 20-30 min.
• Make a wet & dry batter(check my page for recipe).
• Heat oil to 375°F & fry until golden & crispy.
• Toss in sauce & enjoy 💜
