The Frozen Dead (1966)

Directed by Herbert J. Leder. The story centers on Dr. Norberg (Dana Andrews), a Nazi scientist who, two decades after World War II, continues his experiments in an English country estate. His goal is to revive frozen Nazi soldiers to reestablish the Third Reich. However, his attempts result in zombie-like beings who can only perform repetitive actions from their past lives.
