Hurricane (Cover) ONE TAKE Series

Hurricane is making a resurgence these days. It has always been a favorite of mine. Levon Helm is one of the greats in blues music. There are many renditions done over the decades. Here's mine in one take.

The ONE TAKE series is to challenge myself. For the longest time I have felt the intuitive push to record myself and post. Naturally I have resisted. But that nagging feeling would not go away. So I decided to keep it simple and just begin doing these one take videos of some of my favorite covers to play, plus a few originals thrown in.I never considered myself a musician or singer. That was something my friends did. Not me. For most of my life I kept it to myself, never playing in front of people. But my life through me a curveball. I am now a professional gigging musician. Color me amazed haha.
