Bartenders & Their Obsession With Mint And Garnish…

Is there a more perfect garnish than mint? It goes with so many drinks. Either just for aromatics or incorporated into the recipe, it’s amazing. Yes… I am one of those bartenders. There are so many fun and eye popping uses that I can almost always find an excuse for a big bushel of mint to be sticking out of my beverage!
