Beef Crackling

This is how I make crispy beef fat. It won't take as long if you are making small amounts, but we started off with a big pot of it.
The end of the video we have eaten it like that (and I did ;) ) or even fried it up a bit more put it on burgers, steaks, ground beef. This is so delicious.
Even after it is cooked up I have frozen the chunks for use at a later date. The rendered fat is great for deep frying and frying
This is not beef suet (fat around kidneys) You can't get that fat crunchy it is more soft and mushy.
