In this one, I’m just being real, sometimes the best way to reset isn’t journaling or overthinking, it’s just changing your environment.

I’ve had mates stuck in a rut because they’re around the same negative energy every day, same gym, same break room, same dead end convos. I used to coach one of them, and my advice was simple, get outside. Change your surroundings. New energy = new momentum.
