In this episode we make spaghetti and meatballs.

Ingredients:

2-28oz cans of crushed tomatoes
1-28oz can of diced tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
3 Anaheim peppers
Olive oil
25 shakes of Ground Cumin
3 shakes of ground chipotle chili pepper
16 shakes of Dark Chili powder
26 shakes of whole thyme leaves
20 shakes of granulated onion
30 shakes of granulated garlic
27 shakes of oregano
2tbsp sugar
1-6oz can of tomato paste
1lb ground beef or other meat
1lb hot Italian sausage or sweet Italian

Step one:

In a saucepan, combine peppers, onions, and seasonings, and mix well.

Step Two:

Mix in tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Mix well.

Step Three:
Make the meatballs and gently press them into the sauce

Step Four:

Cover and cook the sauce on low heat for 2 hours. Once the sauce begins to boil and the meat has changed color, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and turn up the heat halfway between min and med or about number 3. Place the lid offset to allow steam to escape

Step Five:

Once the sauce has thickened, cook the pasta and combine it. Then enjoy.
