Lawyer Lisa stopped by Mind Matters and Everything Else with Dr. Joseph Sansone to give some legal analysis on a Florida Supreme Court case involving attorney Christopher Crowley. The Florida Bar is going after Crowley’s license for political speech he engaged in during his political campaign for State Attorney in a partisan Republican Primary. Crowley was featured in a chapter in Lawyer Lisa’s new book, World On Mute. Crowley’s case could have a significant impact on the free speech rights of attorneys and all professionals in Florida and and potentially elsewhere.
