TL;DR: I work a lot doing two jobs, and on Friday I ate processed sugary food wrapped in plastic on Saturday ate processed sugary food wrapped in plastic and on Sunday, after getting home at like 11:30 p.m. on the Saturday having worked like 14ish hours throughout the two jobs, I slept in till like past 1:00 p.m. on that Sunday

...and then I got up and did not eat any sugar or food wrapped in plastic, but I did eat processed food in the form of hot dogs (off a convenience store hot roller grill which meant no plastic was directly involved in my purchasing of them) and pizza. But it's a step up from sugar and plastic.

One thing that helped was that I also ate two apples and I ate two raw egg yolks and by the way those egg yolks the container is made out of paper board it's not even made out of Styrofoam or plastic. That's because they are the Happy Egg Co. organic eggs. They're the kind that are $8.14 a dozen now.

I don't consume the egg whites raw, because I've heard they have some chemical that prevents your body from absorbing biotin which is a nutrient that helps with your hair skin and nails.

I have those stored in a glass container and I will be cooking those eventually.
