What is warring against the Constitution?

When civil servants violate your rights such as the fraudulent contract of the DMV.

How is it fraudulent Gianna????

1. It's only for those operating in commerce.

No DMV discloses that.
Why would they?
They'd love to take your money and put you under their jurisdiction.

2. The terms of the contract were not fully disclosed to you.

As in, "Hey when you agree to this contract and let us take your picture and you sign on the dotted line, you agree to waive all your rights and put yourself under the jurisdiction of the private corporation of statutes."

There's a ton of complaining on here because people think the government is violating their rights.

They are and they aren't.
They aren't because you agreed to contracts you didn't know were contracts.
You didn't know they were contracts because that wasn't disclosed, and it lacked full disclosure.

It's up to you to learn.

This built on Marbury v. Madison (1803), which established judicial review.
