"Operational Summary"

As of June 1, 2025, the Russian Armed Forces continue to execute the special military operation with sustained multi-front offensives, precision strikes, and deep penetration into enemy defenses across eastern and southeastern Ukraine. The past 24 hours reflect intensified activity from all Russian force groupings, resulting in the capture of key settlements and the destruction of critical Ukrainian military assets.

"Northern Axis (Sumy & Kharkiv Oblasts):"
Units from the "North Group" liberated Alekseyevka in Sumy Oblast. Combat actions neutralized elements of Ukrainian mechanized, airborne assault, and ranger brigades. Losses included over 200 Ukrainian personnel, an armored personnel carrier, multiple vehicles, and artillery pieces. An electronic warfare station was also destroyed.

In Kharkiv, the "West Group" pressed forward, capturing ground and engaging Ukrainian mechanized, assault, airmobile, and territorial defense units. Total reported losses were up to 210 troops, multiple armored and logistical vehicles, including a Polish-made 155-mm self-propelled artillery unit "Krab". The "Kvertus" electronic warfare station and three ammunition depots were destroyed.

"Donetsk Sector (Southern, Center, and East Groups):"
The "Southern Group" improved its posture along the front line, defeating Ukrainian mechanized, assault, airmobile, and territorial defense brigades near Nelepovka, Seversk, Serebryanka, Kleban-Byk, Konstantinovka, Ivanopolye, and Dyleevka. Ukrainian casualties approached 280, with the destruction of vehicles, artillery pieces, an M113 armored personnel carrier, and a US-made HMMWV armored combat vehicle. Two electronic warfare stations and an ammunition depot were destroyed.

The "Center Group" advanced deep into the enemy's defense, targeting formations of Ukrainian mechanized, assault, airborne assault, marine, territorial defense, national guard, and the Azov special forces brigade in various settlements of the Donetsk People's Republic. Over 510 enemy personnel were neutralized, along with the destruction of armored personnel carriers, including Finnish-made Sisu Pasi XA-185 and US-made M113, a US-made HMMWV armored vehicle, vehicles, and field artillery guns. A 36D6 airspace surveillance radar and an AN/TPQ-37 counter-battery radar made in the US were destroyed.

The "East Group" improved their tactical position, defeating Ukrainian mechanized, airmobile, airborne assault, and territorial defense brigades in settlements of the Donetsk People's Republic and Zaporizhia region. Ukrainian losses included up to 155 personnel, combat armored vehicles, cars, and field artillery guns. An electronic warfare station and four ammunition depots were destroyed.

"Southern Axis (Zaporizhia & Kherson):"
The "Dnepr Group" inflicted casualties on Ukrainian mechanized, coastal defense, and territorial defense units near Kamenskoye, Pavlovka in the Zaporizhia region, and Berislav, Antonovka, Tokarevka, and Sadovoe in the Kherson region. Over 85 Ukrainian troops were killed, with the destruction of vehicles, 155-mm howitzers including the US-made M777 and the French-made TRF1, electronic warfare stations, and ammunition depots.

"Aviation & Missile Strikes:"
Russian tactical aviation, UAVs, missile troops, and artillery struck 149 enemy sites, including a military airfield, a military equipment repair facility, workshops for the production of strike unmanned aerial vehicles and their launch site, ammunition depots, and temporary deployment points of Ukrainian Armed Forces units.

Air defense systems shot down seven US-made JDAM guided aerial bombs and 100 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles.
