Listening instructions:
At least once a day should be fine but the longer you listen the faster the affirmations will take effect. I recommend listening to this by itself for about 15-30 minutes before starting your playlist to give the affirmations time to process on their own. As always, if you want/are able to, you can listen simultaneously with your other subs after the 15-30 minutes of just this.

Stay hydrated while using this. Even if you don't feel thirsty you could still be starting to get dehydrated which will slow your results. Don't over-hydrate since that can cause an electrolyte imbalance but make sure that you're drinking water regularly.

*Change in the extra strength version: In the original concordia booster, I used versions of the affirmations using reverse speech for stereo splitting. In this version, I got rid of the reverse speech and just used differently pitched versions of the forward speech tracks for stereo splitting. Now, it should be as if there are 13 septillion voices speaking the affirmations. In addition, the affirmations should be easier for your subconscious to process without the reverse speech and it will work much better over speakers.

While this is a booster for subliminals, I made it with the intention that once you get full results from this you'll be able to easily manifest anything you want even without subliminals.
